Nutrifort Academy has been established and teaching gym & Pilates instructors under the leadership of Ms. Nicole Hankins, a Vietnamese-American pioneer in the field since 2004. As we are the first academy to provide instructor training to Vietnamese students, we also have the responsibility to research and bring the latest fitness trends, update and "upskill" for their instructor career. Our long-term success lies in maintaining relevance over the years. We always learn to change and evolve according to the needs of our students and the fitness industry. Stay connected and stay connected with our 5000+ graduates, who continue to provide us with updates on new trends in the industry. The two key factors to our success are the careful selection of our instructors and the design of our curriculum. Our teachers are selected based on their willingness to share, learn, serve the community, have passion for their work and excel in their field. For Nutrifort's curriculum, we are constantly updating, aligning and adapting to changes in the industry.

Mrs. Nicole Hankins

Sinh ra tại Việt Nam, lớn lên tại Pháp sau đó chuyển đến Hoa Kỳ để học tập và đào tạo. Nicole đã học và luyện tập Pilates từ năm 1998 tại Hoa Kỳ. Cô đã học nhiều chương trình với Polestar, Stott, Basi, Ron Fletcher, Peak, Aline Pilates và tiếp tục cập nhật kiến thức của mình. Cô trở về Việt Nam vào năm 2004 để mở Học viện Nutrifort nhằm giáo dục học sinh Việt Nam về thể dục và dinh dưỡng theo chương trình cấp chứng chỉ của American Sports & Fitness Council. Đến nay, hơn 5000 học sinh đã tốt nghiệp. Nicole cũng được cấp chứng chỉ về dinh dưỡng và phát triển thực phẩm chức năng cho các thương hiệu nổi tiếng tại Hoa Kỳ. Năm 2019, cô viết một cuốn sách dinh dưỡng kết hợp chương trình thực phẩm và thể dục để giúp học sinh của mình theo đuổi lối sống lành mạnh.

Ms. Tuyết

At Nutrifort, I was trained as a Private, Group X, Pilates, TRX, Bosu, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, Wall Bar... I am always grateful to Nicole because she often invites international coaches to train her staff every 2-3 months. For me, those knowledge and experience enhancement sessions have helped me improve my skills and learn a lot.

Ms. Thuỷ

After discovering the core of Pilates and Yoga, Thuy became more passionate about practicing, and significantly improved both her physical and mental health. Her spirit was more positive, bringing higher efficiency at work. Pilates also helped her expand her knowledge, learn more methods and apply Pilates to support the Yoga that Thuy loves as well as in teaching both subjects.

Mr. Vũ

During that "unemployed" period, I just stayed at home and went to the gym to follow the trend at amateur gyms, learned about training methods and regimens, and then learned about Nutrifort as a trainer training center, so I also tried to learn and experience. After completing the Nutrifort training course, I started to try working as a PT, and I realized that I could improve my own health, I could also help many other people as well as the atmosphere that the sports and gym environment brought, both physically and mentally strong, I was really happy, and began to feel "ah, so this feeling is called passion". Passion to learn, passion to work, develop myself and feel that I am contributing, giving every day, not necessarily that I "have" to go to work every day...

Ms. Tina

After a period of applying Pilates to my clients, I achieved many results for my students and from there went deeper into the path of rehabilitation therapy. From Pilates, I learned more about other exercises and they are all related to each other, in terms of technique or exercise safety.

Ms. Phúc An

I joined the training course at 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 with the desire to treat my own body and my family. It was a stroke of luck that after graduating, I not only helped myself recover but also had a number of clients from former doctors and office staff with very good feedback.

Before, I was an office worker like many others for more than 10 years, but gradually my health got worse, probably due to my age. So I asked for leave to stay home to refresh my spirit and find a new direction...

Ms. Nguyễn Bích Hạnh

Instructor Bich Hanh is proof that it is never too late to change. At the age of 40, having become a mother and experienced many ups and downs in life, she still decided to start a new journey as a Pilates instructor. Despite facing many difficulties, Hanh never gave up. She constantly strived to learn, from improving her theoretical knowledge to diligently practicing practical skills. It was her perseverance and persistence that helped her overcome all challenges, not only changing herself but also inspiring students who are looking for balance and innovation in life.
